Good news. You can now request an appointment online from 7.30am each morning, avoiding the 8.30am telephone rush.

Every online request will be seen by the duty doctor, and you will receive a response the same day. This will help free up the phone lines and help improve access.

Don’t worry if you haven't got a computer, you will still be able to call as you do now to submit your request.
