Medical and behaviour problems in under 5’s - please ring the Health Visitor for an appointment at the Clinic.

Wednesdays & Thursdays

Childhood Developmental Assessments

At 6 weeks (GP)

8 months (Health Visitors)

You will be called for these then optional developmental assessment at 2 years

Long-Term Condition Reviews

Our Practice Nurses Louise, Jackie and Linda are experienced in dealing with the conditions listed below. You have the choice of seeing them (minimum 20 minutes) or a GP (10 minutes) if you feel you need a check-up.

People with diabetes, angina, stroke or artery problems will be called by letter once a year. Please make sure you have your blood test a week or so before the appointment.
