Better Access to Our Services - Coming 13th May

Good news. You will soon be able to request an appointment online from 7.30am each morning, avoiding the 8.30am telephone rush.

Every online request will be seen by the duty doctor, and you will receive a response the same day. This will help free up the phone lines and help improve access.

Don’t worry if you haven't got a computer, you will still be able to call as you do now to submit your request. More details to follow.

Better Access to Our Services

We are changing the way that you contact us to make it simpler and provide better access 😊

For admin tasks, you can now access us through the front page of our website. Using these points of access should help us speed up our response times.

If you do not have access to a computer, don’t worry, you can still call our reception team who will take your request details for you.

Next month we will take this a step further so that you can contact a doctor online. This again will speed up access, help avoid those long phone queue waits and free up more face-to-face appointments for those who need to see a doctor. We are still working on this model to make sure it is ready to roll out, and we will publish more detail in the next week or two – watch this space.
